Homecoming Feburary 2009Summary
Spring semester was harder then fall. I took Chemistry with Dr.Lewis, English 101 with Eason, Math 112 with Peters, and Western Civ. 2 with ...well i don't remember the guys name. I definatley learned Chemistry is not my strong point and i found that i can be good at math! During Spring semester all the clubs really got busy! Throughout Feb. and March the Mentors took seniors from the local high schools on tour of the campus it was fun to meet the new students that might come to the school. I Feburary the SGA hosted Homecoming i was a Nominee for Homecoming Queen and i was voted to be in the top 5! SGA also hosted many bake sales to raise money for flowers to improve the look of the campus.In January the baseball team started there games and the Diamond Dolls went to work...It was fun to be apart of the ball team we were bat girls and we ran the consession stand. The SGA also hosted a Mrs.EOCC Pageant to raise money for Relay for Life. Towards the end of the semester i was elected Secratary of PTK we were "sworn in" at the PTK Gala just a few days before the sophmores graduated.
