Holiday baking has commenced at our house this past weekend as well
as dragging out the holiday napkins! Here comes Santa Clause!
I had been wanting to try a holiday cocktail and those cranberries had been calling
my name in the grocery store since Thanksgiving! Hence we had happy hour a couple
of times last week!
Texas never disappoints and as usual the holiday lights are crazy over the
top! You can't tell in the picture, but this tree was taller then the owners home
and the lights went to the very top of each branch! Below is the bar at The
Gaylord Texan Brad saw it and insisted on visiting (if only for a cow picture!).
This selfie brought to you by our Gaylord Ice trip! It was 9 degrees in the "ice house" and
parkas were provided for our tour! The nativity scene was spectacular and there were colored
ice sculptures as well.
